Dear guest,

by booking or reserving rooms in our hotel you have a guest accommodation contract, the essence of which is: Content is determined and concluded in accordance with Section 535 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and is binding for both parties to the contract. The following regulations apply:

• Free cancellation for groups of 8 people or more one week before the arrival date.
• Free cancellation of individual rooms 24 hours before the arrival date.
• In the event of cancellation before arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to the first night.
• If guests do not show up, they will pay an amount equal to the total price.
